With the issuance of its first green mortgage bond, Sparkasse K\u00f6lnBonn aims to reduce CO2<\/sub> emissions by (re-)financing existing residential properties, new buildings and renovations or refurbishments. In the future, further green financial instruments are to (re-)finance projects in the area of environmentally friendly buildings.<\/p>\n

In our Second Party Opinion<\/strong> we confirm that the Green Bond Framework is in line with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles (June 2021).
